The Great State of Maine Air Show!

The boy and I visited our old stomping grounds in Brunswick for the 'Great State of Maine Airshow'!

The old Naval Air Station was turned over to the town years ago, and the resultant new neighborhood is very nice. I recently had an apartment so close to the airport that my morning walk went around it.

Very familiar territory for both of us. There's a great natural food store and deli close by, and a brewery serving up the best pizza either of us have ever had.

Highlights of the show were honestly the RAF Red Arrows from the UK, with the C-17 and F-35 both a close second. What a creative show!

It was a great homecoming weekend all around. Thanks Brunswick!
